Availability, pricing, booking conditions, cancellation policies, refund eligibility, taxes, fees, and other terms are determined by the applicable travel provider.

Not all bookings can be modified after confirmation.

11. Payment Processing

When a refund is approved, it will generally be returned using the original payment method whenever possible and in accordance with the applicable payment provider's policies.

Note: Solara AI does not collect or store complete payment card information and does not control the processing times of financial institutions or third-party payment providers.

12. Fraud Prevention

To protect our users and partners, Solara AI reserves the right to delay, reject, or investigate refund requests involving suspected:

  • Chargeback abuse
  • Identity theft
  • Payment disputes
  • Unauthorized account access

Solara AI cannot guarantee refunds in situations where providers decline reimbursement.
